After serving in the military for a distinguished 24 years, Anne recognized the most effective way of helping fellow veterans was to design a scalable model that would introduce them to the multitude of opportunities in the private sector to include; assisting them in securing new career paths, pursuing higher education or industry credentials, and accessing their earned veteran benefits. As CEO of RP/6, Anne created sector wide change through partnerships with businesses and private and public-sector organizations, pursuing market-based solutions, and implementing accountability and industry standards designed for continuous program improvement.

In 2017 RP/6 was acquired and evolved from a local start-up in Washington State into a Strategic Business Unit leading the military transition mission for the largest military serving non-profit in the nation; the United Service Organizations (USO). As the Senior Vice President of Transition Strategy and Innovation at the USO, Anne led the Strategic Business Unit that was responsible for spearheading and scaling the USO PathfinderSM program; a representation of the union of the best-in-class business model developed by Anne with the global reach and scale of the USO. Anne has been a catalyst for bringing together public, private organizations, and businesses in support of the military and veteran community, through her initiative, and demonstration of the efficacy of the RP/6 model, Anne has raised over 20 million dollars in less than 5 years and established the bedrock for a global program empowering veteran’s successful return home for decades to come.
From concept to acquisition, as an entrepreneur, Anne’s vision and effectiveness to build business standards and design programs continue to be her core focus to raising the bar for organizations to reach their desired “endgame”. Anne also founded REV LLC; REV stands for “Remember Every Veteran”. REV is a full-service consulting and technology organization with a focus on solving complex business problems, technology solutions for enterprise clients in both the commercial and public sectors.
